USPS shipping prices are programmatically calculated during checkout. If your quote seems high, or would like to arrange for another method of shipping please contact us.

We offer local pickup as an option for our customers in the North Dallas area. If you select local pickup during checkout, we will contact you to let you know when the order is ready and to arrange pickup.  Local pickup orders are typically ready in 24 hours, depending on the size the order. New buddies will need to bring a photo ID when picking up an order for the first time. If you have special requests or questions, please email us.
 
 
Payment
 

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payments through PayPal. When you check out there is an option to check out with PayPal where you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete payment for your order.
 
 
Returns 
 

Since your buddy is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

Bears and Buddies To Go! will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. The only information we collect is the information given when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future and /or receive occasional e-mails.
 
These e-mails provide you with information regarding the products you purchased, upcoming sales, and specials. You can opt out of e-mails at any time. You may do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each e-mail. Any person under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian’s permission before providing any personal information. All online contests are open only to U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older.
